Big Decision Whether you've decided to apply, registered your interest in a role or want keep up to date with new opportunities, here is our recruitment process:
Online Applications
Once you have applied online, for an advertised position we'll send you and email confirming that we've received your application. The recruiter and a manager will then review your resume.
The recruitment process varies depending on the role, but in general the first interview will be to ascertain the depth and breadth of your technical skills and gain an understanding of your motivation to work with The Horizon Alliance. If you work or live interstate we may conduct a telephone interview in the first instance.
For some positions a second interview and psychometric testing may be conducted and all interviews will be followed by background and reference checks.
You will need to successfully complete a medical assessment before a verbal offer is made.
Finally you will receive a written offer and your start up kit.
