(SEQIP) South East Queensland is growing rapidly. The Queensland Government has a $107 billion infrastructure plan to manage this growth and protect our lifestyle.
SEQIPRAIL is part of The Queensland Government's South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Program 2008 - 2026, which will help maintain quality of life for the region. SEQIPRAIL was formed under the overarching SEQIP Program to deliver 29 new rail projects, 268km of new track and 102 new trains for South East Queensland over the next 18 years.
Horizon's first project, Stage 1 of the Darra to Springfield Transport Corridor, is a major project in the SEQIP Program, designed to offer flexible transport alternatives for people in the booming western corridor.
